In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing oil and gas pipeline projects all the way from planning and design through the final construction and closeout, managing teams from multiple disciplines to ensure that the projects remain on schedule and on budget.  As a Project Manager you will work closely with our clients reporting process and forecasting for cost and schedule.  This is an opportunity to work with one of the Nation’s Leaders in Pipeline EPC Integrity Management, and have responsibility for, and share in the financial success of assigned projects.  This is a pivotal role that offers the right candidate the ability to make a positive impact.

To meet the basic requirements for this role you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • PMP Certification
  • Solid Understanding of CFR 192 & 195 codes and applicable ASME and API standards
  • This position requires 10+ years of pipeline/facilities experience including a minimum of 4 years project management experience.

The Ideal candidate should also have:

  • Problem Solving – Identify problems and work creatively in a team environment to resolve them.
  • Flexibility – Respond in a flexible manner to issues; reprioritize work as the situation demands.
  • Communication – Posses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Read and interpret communication styles of team members and clients who come from both technical and non-technical disciplines
  • Organization – Manage competing demands; organize workload to efficiently utilize time.
  • Software – Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Proficient in use of Primavera.
  • Teamwork – Elicit feedback and cooperation from a wide variety of sources, project team members, other internal resources and client representatives.
  • Quality Focus – Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve quality of project deliverables.

Campos EPC (CEPC) was founded in 2005 by its Managing Principal,Marco Campos. The basic premise of the company was to provide customer oriented support and experience to our clients at a reasonable price, while ensuring that all employees could share in the success of the company.  Initially, the company focus was on supporting clients in the many facets of pipeline integrity regulations, programs and implementation. Over the years, the company’s breadth of support offerings for oil and gas pipeline companies has significantly increased to include turn-key EPC projects up to $30M.
